Erika Powell sees life in the details. Her affinity for art and design came at an early age. After graduating Cum Laude from Auburn University with a a degree in Interior Design and minors in International Studies and Business, Erika completed her formal training in New York working for both famed designer Victoria Hagan and Scalamandre, a world-renowned textile company.

Erika started Urban Grace Interiors in 2005 and has completed projects across the country, both residential and commercial. Her hands-on design approach is uncanny and organization unmatched as she and her team work closely with all parties to ensure the vision for each project is executed seamlessly. Her obsession over the finest-tuned details shines through in every completed project.

Erika lives in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida with her two daughters and husband. In her free time she can be found gardening, painting, scouring flea markets and antique shops, and traveling. After five years of dreaming and developing patterns Erika finally launched her textiles line in 2018- Erika M Powell Textiles.

Born and raised along the coast of southern Alabama, Paige grew up living the beach life. After graduating from The University of Alabama with a degree in Fashion Retail, Paige's husband's career took them to Georgia for a short stint, but it wouldn't be long until they made it back to the beach to settle down and start a family. After their move in 2012, they welcomed their first daughter four years later and will soon welcome a son this May!

Paige spent her first few years in Santa Rosa Beach working in the medical industry but always dreamed of a more creative path. That dream became a reality when she joined the Urban Grace team in January 2018. Since then, Paige has been deemed the office fashionista, as she is always put together and fully accessorized - you can take one look at her and know she is passionate about fashion! When she's not working you can find her perusing the latest design and style blogs for inspiration, Instagramming, running, doing yoga, shopping, and enjoying the sunshine outside with her family and friends.

Meagan joined the Urban Grace team in June 2016. Meagan believes that listening to the individual is the key to bringing projects to a perfect conclusion by creating interiors that showcase not only the best designs but the client's personal history and lifestyle.

Meagan has over ten years of design experience and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design from Mississippi State University. After graduation, Meagan moved to the 30A area where she worked on both residential and commercial projects. After a few years, life pulled Meagan away from the beach and she spent seven years traveling between MS, CA, and Southern Asia. Finally, after seven years, she was able to relocate back to her true home, the beaches of Northwest Florida where she joined the Urban Grace team. There is no doubt that her travels have broadened her design sensibilities.

In her spare time, Meagan loves spending time with her family, friends and Shih Tzu- Ella. Personal passions for international travel, reading, running and art provide constant inspiration and influence on her aesthetic and lifestyle.

In early 2016, Erika was on the hunt for an assistant and Rick came to her rescue! Having worked together on multiple local projects already due to Rick's concrete business, Erika knew he would be a great fit due to his work ethic, personality, and eye for detail. Fast forward a few years and Rick is now a project manager, but that's definitely not his only job around here!

Being the only man in the office, Rick has become our officially-unofficial heavy lifter in the warehouse, install-day muscles, art hanger extraordinaire, and bartender! (He’s been known to mix up a mean cocktail or two for our crew!) Kind, humble and happy to assist anyone at the drop of a hat, it's no wonder everyone loves Rick!

Andrea joined Urban Grace in 2017 with over 10 years of experience in various accounting roles. She attended East Carolina University earning both a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Business Administration. While attending college Andrea worked for a small public accounting firm in Raleigh gaining valuable experience in accounting and financial services for a variety of small businesses. With a mind for numbers and a deep appreciation for architecture and design, Andrea has found a perfect home at Urban Grace Interiors managing all accounting functions.

Andrea relocated to the 30A area from her hometown of Raleigh, NC in 2015 and has since fallen in love with life on the Emerald Coast. In her free time she enjoys relaxing on the beach, planting in her garden, cooking healthy, traveling and volunteering.

Haley Eberhart learned from a very early age how to make things pretty. She spent most of her life as an innkeeper on the coast of Maine, where she decorated and maintained a turn-of-the-century hotel on the National Register. Driven and entrepreneurial, she and her husband, Billy, along with her siblings, also owned and operated an eclectic antique and home furnishing store, managed a fleet of wholesale lobster fisherman, and even owned a family restaurant in the tiny fishing village of Five Islands, Maine. Her beautiful places have been featured in “Coastal Living,” “Travel and Leisure,” “Victoria Magazine,” “Maine Home Design,” and many other regional publications. On weekends Haley can likely be found on the green in Seaside sipping mimosas (or as she calls it “sparkling”) with any of her five children … and any of her Urban Grace colleagues that are seeking adoption into the Eberhart family.

Growing up, the beach was always a home away from home for Leeanna, but she made the move to the 30A area after graduating from Tulane School of Architecture in 2016. Having first graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Interior Design, Leeanna decided to pursue her Master's degree in Architecture after spending a summer studying abroad in Italy. While in New Orleans--the perfect place to study architecture--Leeanna developed a strong passion for architectural history and attention to detail. Those passions were honed while working for the award-winning office of the Alys Beach Town Architects for two years prior to joining the Urban Grace team in November 2018.

Leeanna's interest in design can be traced back to following her parents around antique stores growing up. She believes that her well-trained eye for quality, craftsmanship, and details can be attributed to her backgrounds in both interior design and architecture. Her aesthetic is classic and tailored, yet includes a hint of edge as well! When Leeanna is not working, you can catch her at the beach or at hot yoga, brushing up on her calligraphy, or scouting out local estate sales and antique shops.
